摘　　要：从技术、资源、服务三个方面介绍国家数字图书馆建设的新进展。分析国家数字图书馆建设的四大特点:以全局视角科学规划数字图书馆建设;实现数字图书馆业务的全流程管理;以先进技术打造数字图书馆核心系统;构建完备的数字图书馆建设管理与人才保障体系。对国家数字图书馆建设的未来进行展望,包括搭建数字图书馆可靠网络体系、构造知识化的数字信息资源库、打造泛在化的数字图书馆服务、构建数字图书馆技术支撑体系、推进数字图书馆跨域合作共建。The present article introduces the new advances in the construction of National Digital Library in terms of technology,resource and service.It analyzes the characteristics of the construction,namely scientifically planning from a global perspective,managing the whole process of the digital library,building a core system of the digital library through advanced technology and a management and personnel security system.The author suggests that National Digital Library should be constructed by creating a reliable network system,a technology support system for the digital library and also a knowledgeable digital information resources bank,offering ubiquitous digital library services,and finally promoting cross-domain cooperation and co-building of the digital library.
