摘　　要：通过对欧洲34个国家政府信息公开相关法律条文的分析整理,比较研究了欧洲各国政府信息公开的豁免范围,分析欧洲不同国家在信息公开豁免范围上的共性与差异,结合欧洲各国的国情解析各国在政府信息公开豁免范围上的存在差异的原因,并提出了完善我国政府信息公开工作相关建议。Based on analysis of the laws and regulations related to information publicity in34European countries,the current article made a comparative study on the scope of materials exempted from the right to inlor nation,After which the article analysed the commonalities and difference among the scope of materials exempted from publicity,then tried to find reasons for the existence of the difference according to the context of different countries.Finally,it offered some suggestions to perfect the domestic work on government infor^mation publicity.
