摘  要:一体式柔性保冷管是一种采用PERT(聚乙烯管)和柔性聚乙烯发泡保温材料相结合的结构,用于暖通空调系统冷热水的输送,具有加工方便、施工简单快捷等优点。该类型管道保温层厚度的选取既需要考虑管道卷曲打捆及制造成本,又要预防管道外表面结露的发生。本文针对该一体式保冷管,通过对其导热系数的测量以及管道穿越非空调区表面结露现象的测试,分析该一体式保冷管的保冷层厚度选取对于管道结露现象的影响,并提出保冷层厚度选取建议。Integrated flexible cold insulation pipeline is such a structure consists of PERT(Polyethylene of raised temperature resistance pipe)and flexible Polyethylene foam insulation material,with advantages of convenient processes and installation,it is used in transport of the cold and hot water in the system of HVAC.To choose the thickness of this kind pipeline,it is not only considering rolling up the pipe and the cost of manufacture,but also avoiding the condensation of the outer surface of the pipe.In this paper,on the basis of the measurement of thermal conductivity and the experiment study of surface condensation features of pipeline working through the NonAirConditioned zone,analysis the impact that the thickness choice of the integrated cold pipeline has on pipeline condensation,and suggest the way to choose the thickness of the cold insulation layer.
