沙美特罗替卡松与噻托溴铵联合吸入治疗重度COPD稳定期患者的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松与噻托溴铵联合吸入治疗在重度COPD稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法选取聊城市光明肿瘤医院2014年6月~2016年12月期间重度与极重度的COPD患者150例,在患者知情同意的前提下随机分为两组,每组75例,对照组患者给予沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予噻托溴铵干粉吸入治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组患者在治疗前的第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平均较治疗前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,观察组治疗后肺功能显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重度以上COPD稳定期患者采用沙美特罗替卡松与噻托溴铵联合吸入治疗能够显著提高患者的呼吸功能,改善症状,临床效果满意。Objective To investigate the effects of salmeterol and fluticasone and tiotropium bromide combined inhalation application results in severe COPD patients in stable phase in.Methods150severe and extremely severe COPD patients in theLiaochengGuangming Tumor Hospital from June2014to December2016were selected.The patients informed consent were randomly divided into two groups,75cases in each group,the control group were treated with salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation,patients in the observation group in the control group on the basis of the treatment combined with tiotropium bromide inhalation treatment,compare the efficacy of two groups.Results In the two groups before treatment FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC had no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the indexes of lung function in patients of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment between the two groups,the observation group after treatment,the pulmonary function was significantly better than the control group after treatment index there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe stable COPD using salmeterol and fluticasone and tiotropium bromide combined inhalation can significantly improve the patient's respiratory function,improve symptoms,the clinical effect is satisfactory.
