中药贴敷腕三阳穴配合康复锻炼治疗鼠标手的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药贴敷腕三阳穴配合康复锻炼治疗鼠标手的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的60例鼠标手患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。对照一组采用针刺治疗,取穴以曲池、尺泽、手三里、阿是穴为主并随证加减;对照二组中药贴敷腕三阳穴(阳池、阳溪、阳谷、外关)治疗;治疗组采用中药贴敷腕三阳穴配合康复锻炼治疗。2个疗程后评价疗效并进行Ridit分析。结果治疗组的治愈率为75.00%、总有效率为100.00%,对照一组分别为45.00%、75.00%,对照二组则分别为50.00%、80.00%,三组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药贴敷腕三阳穴配合康复锻炼治疗鼠标手,患者依从性好,具有临床应用价值。Objective Apply patches in the wrist SAN Yang rehabilitation exercise treatment of mouse hand curative effect observation.Methods Conform to the standard of60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20cases in each group.The control group using acupuncture therapy,to find Quchi(LI11),Chize(L15),shousanli,ashi acupuncture point is given priority to and add and subtract;Wrist of patients in the control group2apply SAN Yang(Yangchi,Yangxi,Yanggu,waiguan)treatment;Patients in treatment group apply wrist SAN Yang rehabilitation exercise treatment.After2courses of curative effect evaluation and Ridit analysis.Results The treatment group cure rate and total effective rate of75.00%,100.00%respectively;Control group was45.00%,45.00%respectively;The control group50.00%,80.00%respectively;Comparison between the three groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Apply patches in the wrist SAN Yang mouse hand,rehabilitation exercise treatment patients compliance is good,and it have clinical application value.
