相关性上气道手术治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨上气道相关性手术治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的疗效和意义。方法对上气道咳嗽综合征的126例患儿行鼻咽喉内镜检查,并对其中41例上气道存在明显局部病变且有手术指征者实施相应手术治疗(腺样体摘除24例、扁桃体摘除7例、腺样体+扁桃体摘除5例,咽、舌根淋巴滤泡消融2例,下鼻甲消融手术1例,鼻息肉摘除1例,鼻内镜功能性手术1例),分析手术治疗的效果。结果术后随访6~18个月,痊愈29例,显效10例,好转2例,总有效率(包括痊愈和显效)为95.12%。结论对明显存在鼻咽喉局部病变且有手术指征的上气道咳嗽综合征患儿给予相关性手术治疗,十分必要和有效。Objective To investigate the efficacy and significance of upper airway related surgery in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome in children.Methods Endoscopic test was performed in126patients who were diagnosed with the upper airway cough syndrome,surgical treatment was performed for41patients with significant nose and throat local lesions and surgical indications(adenoid removal were removed in25cases,tonsils were removed in7cases,adenoid and tonsils were removed5in cases,post-pharyngeal wall or tongue root lymphatic follicle ablation in2cases,Lower turbinate ablation surgery in1case,nasal polyps were removed in1case,functional sinus endoscopic surgery in1case),the effects of surgical treatment were analyzed.Results All the patients were followed up for6-18months,29cases fully recovered,10cases obvious effect,2cases improved,the total effective rate(including healing and obvious effect in the number of cases)was95.12%.Conclusion For those with significant nose and throat local lesions and surgical indications in children with upper respiratory tract cough syndrome patients,given the relevant surgical treatment,it is necessary and effective.
