摘　　要：目的运用头部磁共振血管成像(magnetic resonance angiographic,MRA)研究单侧颈内动脉闭塞后脑底动脉环的代偿功能。方法回顾性分析本院54例单侧颈内动脉闭塞患者MRA及MRI图像,根据于氏分型理论将其分型。结果 19例(35%)通过前循环代偿;4例(7%)通过后循环代偿;9例(17%)通过前后循环共同代偿;22例(41%)无交通代偿。左右代偿各有不同。结论脑底动脉环代偿功能不仅仅取决于其环的完整性,更确切地说是取决于发生病变侧前后循环是否通畅。于氏分型能很好的评估不同类型脑底动脉环的交通代偿功能,对临床判断预后有重要意义。Objective Applying to the study of compensation function of cerebral basilar artery when unilateral internal carotid artery was occluded.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to54MRA and MRI head images in Shenyang Weikang Hospital,and the structure was typed according to Yu’s method.Results19(35%)cases were compensated by anterior circulation,4(7%)were compensated by posterior circulation,9(17%)were compensated by both anterior and posterior circulation,22(41%)had no communication compensation.Conclusion The compensation function of cerebral basilar not only depended on the completeness of the ring,rather,it definitely depended on whether the anterior and posterior circulation were unobstructed or not when unilateral interal carotid had pathological changes.Yu’s method can commendably evaluate the communication compensation among diverse cerebral basilar artery,which had important significance in estimating the prognosis in the cilinical practice.
