摘  要:对于新型环保混合制冷剂R290/R600a(质量比93%/7%)在系统中发生泄漏时,由于其为非共沸混合物,泄漏后组分发生变化,进而使制冷系统性能发生变化。本文通过建立泄漏模型,计算工质组分随泄漏量及制冷剂再充注时的变化,进而分析组分改变后系统性能如何变化。结果表明混合制冷剂在发生泄漏时,制冷剂组分变化最大为R290/R600a的质量比61.2%/38.8%,系统性能变化不超过8%;再充注后其性能变化不超过2%。When the new environment-friendly refrigerant mixture of R290/R600a(93%/7%by mass)occurred leakage in the system,the component changed to its zeotropic property,which resulted in the variation of the refrigeration system performance.In this paper,the changes of the refrigerant component with leakage and refrigeration refilling were calculated by establishing a leakage model,and the system performance of the refrigerant mixture was analysed after refrigerant composition being changed.The result showed that,the maximal change of refrigerant component was61.2%/38.8%for R290/R600a,and the change of the system performance was within8%;the performance change was less than2%as the mixture refrigerant is refilled.
