摘 要:热泵干衣机具有节能的效果。本文对直排式热泵干衣机和半封闭式热泵干衣机的性能进行了实验研究。实验表明,半封闭式热泵干衣机较直排式热泵干衣机具有更快的干燥速率,且干燥速率变化小。基于实验数据,本文分析了两种干衣机不同阶段的干燥特性以及产生差异的原因;缩短热泵干衣机的预热时间、提高干燥后期的干燥效率是降低热泵干衣机除湿能耗的有效方法。Heat pump dryer has the energy saving effect.Experimental investigation on the performance of straight emission type and semi closed type heat pump dryers was carried out in this paper.Experimental results show that,the semi closed type heat pump dryer has faster drying rate and smaller change in drying rate than the straight emission type heat pump dryer.Based on the experimental data,the drying characteristics of two kinds of dryers at different stages,and the causes of the differences are analyzed.Shortening the preheating time of heat pump dryers and improving the drying efficiency in the later drying stage are two effective ways to decrease the dehumidification energy consumption ratio of heat pump dryers.
