摘 要:螺杆式蒸汽压缩热泵系统是一种以螺杆式压缩机为核心设备的蒸汽能量利用装置,在研制阶段进行全蒸汽工况试验测试,将有利于产品的性能预测和设计开发,并有效规避风险。本文进行了螺杆式蒸汽压缩机热泵系统全蒸汽工况的试验研究。实验结果表明,无油双螺杆压缩机在高温蒸汽压缩工况下性能表现出色,在较高压比时能效系数仍能达到4.0以上。在压缩过程中提高转速,转速每提升500 r/min,容积效率可提升约5%。对压缩腔内进行喷液也可有效提升机组的效率,在连续补液的情况下,容积效率普遍有20%左右的提升。可通过进气压力较低工况下实验结果,来预测相同压比下进气压力较高工况下的机组性能。The screw type steam compression heat pump system is a steam energy utilization device with screw compressor as the core equipment.In the development stage,the steam test is conducive to product performance prediction and design development,which can effectively avoid risks.In this paper,the experimental study on the steam condition of the screw type steam compression heat pump system is carried out.The test results show that oil free twin-screw compressor performs well under high temperature steam compression condition.The coefficient of performance can still reach more than4.0at high pressure ratio.In the compression process to improve the speed,when speed is increased by500r/min,the volumetric efficiency can be increased by about5%.The injection to the compression chamber can also effectively improve the efficiency of the unit.In the case of continuous fluid infusion,the volume efficiency is generally improved by about20%.The performance of the unit under the operation conditions with the same pressure ratio but higher inlet pressure can be predicted by the test results under the operation condition with lower inlet pressure.
