摘　　要：民警执法过程中如何正确使用执法记录仪等常用录音器材,对采集到的录音数据针对不同的任务和目的如何正确使用,录制语音中产生噪音的原因,以及在复杂环境下录制的语音如何处理,如何最大程度使语音数据发挥侦查线索和审判证据的要素作用,文章就上述问题展开探讨。In this dissertation,In the process of law enforcement,the use of the law enforcement recorder and other commonly used recording equipment is used,and the collected recording data is used for the correct use of different tasks and purposes.The reasons for the noise in recorded speech,and how the speech recorded in the complex environment can make the voice data play the role of detecting clues and the elements of trial evidence.
