摘　　要：目前以OA为代表的学术出版变革已是大势所趋,并对图书馆学术资源建设产生了极大影响。在此背景下,传统学术资源建设虽将在一定时期继续存在,但以OA资源为基础或特色的学术资源建设体系,机构(学科)知识库、网络免费资源以及集成检索系统等要逐步提入议事日程并有待深入开展。图书馆必须与信息公司、数据库商合作建设学术资源,管理者需转变思路与开展资源评价是建设机制得以顺利展开的关键所在。At present,the academic publishing reform,which takes open access(OA)as the representative,has become the trend,and impacted the academic resources construction of library greatly.In this context,although the construction of traditional academic resources will continue to exist in a certain period,the academic resources construction system taking the OA resources as basis or characteristic,knowledge base of institution(subject),free network resources and integrated search system will be brought to the table gradually and carried out in depth.Libraries must cooperate with the information companies,database vendors in order to build academic resources and to lead the change of construction ideas and resource evaluation,which are the key methods to proceed the construction mechanism smoothly.
