某型机主液压泵故障分析与诊断

摘　　要：根据AIR1922A中对应转速和排量的柱塞式液压泵临界入口压力的要求,结合某型机主液压泵工作原理和实际安装位置以及外场故障现象,对在航线运营中发生的主液压泵典型故障进行了分析与诊断;此类故障在外场运营的飞机中频繁发生,已严重影响该型机液压系统的正常工作。该文希望能对我国相关行业技术人员分析此类故障提供启发,提高故障分析与诊断能力,为快速解决故障提供一定的基础。According to the lowest requirement of critical inlet pressure of the plunger pump corresponding rotate speed and displacement in Air1922A,the operating principle of the primary hydraulic pump,installation position and fault symptom,Typical fault analysis and diagnosis for the primary hydraulic pump of an aircraft have been done taking place in line operating.This fault happen frequently in line operating and strongly influence normal operation of hydraulic system.The aim of this article is to provide assistance and guidance to relevant researchers in analyzing this fault,improving the ability of fault analysis and diagnosis and a quick solution.
