麻苏苓贝汤治疗小儿毛细支气管炎继发腹泻60例

摘　　要：目的分析麻苏苓贝汤治疗小儿毛细支气管炎继发腹泻的临床效果。方法选取台州市立医院2015年2月～2017年6月收治的60例小儿毛细支气管炎继发腹泻患者，随机分为对照组（n=30）和实验组（n=30）。对照组给予常规西药治疗，包括给予补充电解质、抗感染平喘及吸氧祛痰等治疗，实验组在此基础上给予麻苏苓贝汤治疗，每天1剂，水煎服用。治疗后，密切关注患者肺部干湿啰音变化及哮喘症状改变，记录不良反应，比较分析实验组与对照组患者临床治疗效果、不良反应。结果治疗后，实验组与对照组患者的治疗有效率分别为93.3%与80.0%，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组与对照组患者均未发生严重不良反应，不良反应发生率分别为13.3%与16.7%，差异无统计学意义。结论麻苏苓贝汤治疗小儿毛细支气管炎继发腹泻效果较为理想，可显著提高治疗有效率，不良反应轻微，安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Ma Su Ling Bei Decoction in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis secondary diarrhea.Methods60cases of children with bronchiolitis secondary diarrhea from February2015to June2017were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,including electrolyte supplement,anti infection,asthma and oxygen,expectorant treatment,the experimental group on the basis of the treatment of Ma Su Ling Bei Decoction,1doses per day,water decoction.After treatment,pay close attention to the changes of lung dry rales and asthma symptoms,record adverse reactions,compare and analyze the clinical treatment effect,adverse reactions of the experimental group and the control group.Results After treatment,the treatment efficiency of the experimental group and the control group were93.3%and80%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was13.3%and16.7%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Ma Su Ling Bei Decoction in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis secondary diarrhea more ideal effect,can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,mild adverse reaction,with high safety.
