摘 要:目的研究绝经后骨质疏松症患者性激素、细胞因子及骨代谢指标的变化及关系。方法选取宝鸡市中心医院2015年2月~2017年6月收治的80例绝经后妇女为研究对象,根据绝经后是否出现骨质疏松分为2组。对照组为绝经后非骨质疏松症患者,试验组为绝经后骨质疏松症。比较分析试验组与对照组患者的细胞因子、骨密度及血清性激素等临床指标。结果试验组患者腰椎骨密度为(0.62±0.08)g/cm2显著低于对照组的(0.84±0.14)g/cm2(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组血清雌激素水平分别为(104.32±11.32)pmol/L与(153.38±15.43)pmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者白介素-6为(116.54±17.43)pg/mL显著高于对照组的(83.21±7.32)pg/mL(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组患者N-骨钙素水平分别为(32.32±4.10)ng/mL与(17.43±1.90)ng/mL,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经后骨质疏松症患者雌激素水平降低,机体内不同代谢指标均发生较大变化,导致患者骨质疏松症病情加重,影响生活质量。Objective To study the changes and relationship of sex hormones,cytokines and bone metabolism indexes in the patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods80postmenopausal women in Baoji Central Hospital from February2015to June2017were selected and divided into two groups according to whether or not postmenopausal osteoporosis occured.The control group had no osteoporosis after menopause,and the experimental group had osteoporosis after menopause.The clinical factors such as cytokines,bone mineral density and serum sex hormones were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results Bone mineral density in lumbar spines in the experimental group was(0.62±0.08)g/cm2,which was significantly lower than that(0.84±0.14)g/cm2in the control group(P<0.05).The serum estrogen levels in the experimental group and in the control group were(104.32±11.32)pmol/L and(153.38±15.43)pmol/L,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of interleukin-6in the experimental group was(116.54+17.43)pg/mL,which was significantly higher than(83.21±7.32)pg/mL in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of N-osteocalcin in the experimental group and the control group were(32.32±4.10)ng/mL and(17.43±1.90)ng/mL,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of estrogen in the patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis are decreased,and the metabolic indexes are changed greatly,which leads to the aggravation of osteoporosis and the quality of life.
