CT引导下臭氧髓核消融联合糖皮质激素椎小关节注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症并椎小关节病变的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析CT引导下臭氧髓核消融联合糖皮质激素椎小关节注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症并椎小关节病变的效果观察。方法选取桐乡市第二人民医院收治的50例腰椎间盘突出并椎小关节炎患者为研究对象。对照组进行CT引导下臭氧髓核消融治疗，实验组进行CT引导下臭氧髓核消融联合糖皮质激素椎小关节注射治疗，注射0.5～1.0mL的复方倍他米松注射液。比较分析实验组与对照组患者治疗后1个月、3个月的临床疗效。结果治疗1个月后，实验组与对照组患者的治疗有效率分别为84.0%与68.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗3个月后，实验组治疗有效率为92.0%，显著高于对照组临床有效率为76.0%（P＜0.05）。结论CT引导下臭氧髓核消融联合糖皮质激素椎小关节注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症并椎小关节病变的效果较为理想，可显著改善临床症状，帮助患者尽快恢复健康。Objective To analyze the effect of CT guided ozone nucleus pulposus ablation combined with glucocorticoid small joint injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with vertebral facet joint disease.Methods50patients with lumbar disc herniation and vertebral facet arthritis were selected as the research objects.The control group was given CT guided ozone nucleus ablation therapy,the experimental group was given CT guided ozone nucleus ablation combined with glucocorticoid facetjoint injections,and compound Betamethasone injection0.5to1mL injection.The clinical curative effect of patients in the experimental group and the control group after treatment of one month and three months were compared and analyzed.Results After the treatment of one month,the treatment efficiency of the experimental group and the control group were84.0%and68.0%,respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After the treatment of three months,the effective rate of the experimental group was92.0%,significantly higher than that(76.0%)of the control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion CT guided ozone nucleus ablation combined with glucocorticoid facet joint injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and vertebral facet joint disease could significantly improve the clinical symptoms,help patients recover as soon as possible with better efficacy
