甘露聚糖肽辅助治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析应用甘露聚糖肽辅助治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取第四军医大学西京医院2016年9月～2017年9月收治的150例出现反复呼吸道感染的患儿，随机分成实验组（n=75）与对照组（n=75），对照组患儿给予常规维生素C治疗，实验组患儿在进行维生素C治疗的同时辅以甘露聚糖肽进行治疗，分析比较2组患儿的临床有效率以及相应临床症状恢复情况。6个月后对患儿进行随访，调查复发情况。结果经统计分析，实验组患儿的总有效率为89.34%，对照组患儿总有效率为74.67%。实验组患儿的疾病复发率为2.67%，低于对照组的12.00%。且实验组患儿的咳嗽、咽痛、退热缓解时间均显著短于对照组。2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对出现反复呼吸道感染的小儿应用甘露聚糖肽进行辅助治疗显著提高了临床有效率，降低咳嗽、咽痛等相应症状的缓解时间，且疾病复发率也得到降低，能够大大减轻患儿的痛苦。Objective To study the clinical effect of the application of mannatide in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods150children with recurrent respiratory tract infection from September2016to September2017.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=75)and control group(n=75).The control group given Vitamin C for treatment,and given the experimental group of children in the treatment of vitamin C supplemented with mannatide for treatment,analysis and comparison of the two groups of children with clinical efficacy and the corresponding clinical symptoms recovery.Six months later,children were followed up to investigate the recurrence.Results The total effective rate was89.34%in the experimental group and74.67%in the control group.The recurrence rate of disease in the experimental group was2.67%,which was lower than that of the control group(12.00%).The duration of cough,sore throat and fever was significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of mannatide in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection to significantly improve the clinical efficiency,reduce the cough,sore throat and other symptoms of remission time,and the disease recurrence rate has been reduced,can greatly reduce the children’s pain.
