乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸含量与HBV免疫标志物和肝功能损害程度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸含量与HBV免疫标志物和肝功能损害程度的相关性。方法选取云南省临沧市人民医院2014年5月～2016年5月收治的乙型肝炎患者160例，依据HBVM组合情况将这些患者分为A组（HBsAg+、HBeAg+、HBcAb+，n=40）、B组（HBsAg+、HBeAb+、HBcAb+，n=40）、C组（HBsAg+、HBcAb+，n=40）、D组（HBsAg+、HBeAg+、HBeAb+、HBcAb+，n=40）。对4组患者的HBV-DNA阳性情况、HBeAg表达水平和HBV-DNA含量的相关性、HBV-DNA含量和ALT、AST含量的相关性进行统计分析。结果A组患者的HBV-DNA阳性率显著高于B组、C组（P＜0.05），HBeAg表达水平和HBV-DNA含量呈显著的正相关关系（r=0.430，P＜0.05），HBV-DNA含量和ALT含量呈显著的正相关关系（r=0.320，P＜0.05），和AST含量呈显著的正相关关系（r=0.306，P＜0.05）。结论乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸含量与HBV免疫标志物和肝功能损害程度显著相关。Objective To study the correlations between hepatitis B virus DNA content and HBV immune markers and liver function damage degree.Methods160patients with hepatitis B in our hospital from May2014to May2016were selected,all the patients were divided into group A(HBsAg+,HBeAg+,HBcAb+,n=40),group B(HBsAg+,HBeAb+,HBcAb+,n=40),group C(HBsAg+,HBcAb+,n=40),group D(HBsAg+,HBeAg+,HBeAb+,HBcAb+,n=40)according to the combination of HBVM.The HBV-DNA positive in the four groups,correlations between HBeAg expression levels and HBV-DNA contents,HBV-DNA contents and ALT,AST contents were statistically analyzed.Results The positive rate of HBV-DNA in group A were significantly higher than that in group B and group C(P<0.05),there was significant positive correlation between HBeAg expression levels and HBV-DNA contents(r=0.430,P<0.05),there was significant positive correlation between HBV-DNA contents and ALT contents(r=0.320,P<0.05),and AST contents(r=0.306,P<0.05).Conclusion Hepatitis B virus DNA content and HBV immune markers and liver function damage degree are significantly correlated.
