妇科千金胶囊联合补血益母丸对产后、人流药流术后恢复及盆腔血液流动学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科千金胶囊联合补血益母丸对产后、人流药流术后恢复及盆腔血液流动学的影响。方法选择2016年2月～2017年9月赣州市人民医院进行生产及人流术的598例患者作为研究对象，通过随机数表法分为观察组（n=299）和对照组（n=299）。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组联合妇科千金胶囊和补血益母丸治疗，均以7天为1疗程，比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组阴道出血量明显少于对照组，且阴道出血时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组子宫血流峰值速度（Vmax）明显高于对照组，搏动指数（PI）、阻力指数（RI）明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组月经来潮时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05），2组月经天数比较差异无统计学意义；观察组不良反应发生率、感染率均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在（产后）人流药流术后使用妇科千金胶囊联合补血益母丸效果显著。Objective To study the effects of gynecological qianjin capsule and buxusiyimu pill on postpartum and postoperative abortion and on pelvic hemodynamics.Methods598cases of production and abortion in our hospital from February2016to September2017were studied,according to random number table,they were divided into the observation group(n=299)and the control group(n=299).The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was combined with gynecological qianjin capsule and buxueyimu Pill,they were treated with7d for1courses,the therapeutic effects betwwen the two groups were compared.Results The vaginal bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the vaginal bleeding time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine blood flow peak velocity(Vmax)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The menstruation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in menstruation between the two groups;The incidence of adverse reactions and infection rate in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecological qianjin capsule combined with buxueyimu Pill is well for patients after(postpartum)induced and medical abortion.
