摘　　要：目的探讨静脉推注安定加速分娩的效果以及护理干预。方法选取2014年3月～2017年1月进行分娩的初产妇60例，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各30例。2组均使用安定静脉推注，研究组同时提供常规护理、护理干预，对照组仅提供常规护理。记录2组产妇产程、产后出血及新生儿窒息发生率。结果实验组第一产程、第二产程、总产程所需时间均显著少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组产妇产后出血以及新生儿窒息情况比较差异无统计学意义。结论对分娩的产妇采用安定进行静脉推注基础上提供常规护理与护理干预相结合的综合性护理服务可以有效缩短产程，在产后对新生儿以及产妇出血没有显著的影响。Objective To investigate the analysis of diazepam intravenous injection accelerated delivery effect and nursing intervention.Methods60cases of primipara from March2014to January2017were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30cases in each group.Two groups were treated by intravenous injection of diazepam,the study group also offers regular nursing,nursing intervention,the control group only with conventional nursing.Records of two groups of maternal birth process,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate.Results In the experimental group,the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the total labor time required significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of maternal postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were no statistically significant differences.Conclusion The delivery of comprehensive nursing service by diazepam intravenous injection provided on the basis of routine nursing and nursing intervention can be combined Effective shortening of labor,but no significant impact on postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal bleeding.
