心理护理联合盐酸米多君对成年女性压力性尿失禁的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察心理护理对成年女性压力性尿失禁（StressUrinaryIncontinence,SUI）患者的干预效果。方法择取2016年1月～2017年2月台州市第一人民医院收治的成年女性SUI患者94例，所有患者均给予盐酸米多君口服治疗，并随机将其分为常规组（n=47）和心理组（n=47），2组患者均在临床干预的基础上给予常规护理干预，心理组患者则在常规组基础上给予心理护理干预，时间均为1月，观察护理前后患者心理状态及生活质量变化，比较2组患者临床效果。结果2组患者护理实施前其SDS与SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义，2组患者护理前均存在不同程度的焦虑和抑郁症状，护理实施后，2组患者SDS与SAS评分均有所改善，但心理组患者SDS与SAS评分改善更优（P＜0.05）；2组患者护理干预前I-QOL评分均较高，差异无统计学意义；护理干预后2组患者I-QOL评分均降低，干预前后组内差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且心理组患者I-QOL评分降低程度更优，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；常规组和心理组护理效果满意率分别为72.34%和93.62%，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理在成年女性SUI患者中应用效果明显，有效改善了患者心理焦虑与抑郁状态，明显提高了患者生活质量与护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing on stress urinary incontinence(SUI)in adult women.Methods94patients with SUI were enrolled inTaizhou First People’s Hospital from January2016to February2017,and all patients were given oral administration of methotrexate hydrochloride and randomly divided into the conventional group(n=47)and psychological group(n=47).Two groups of SUI patients were given routine nursing intervention on the basis of clinical intervention.Psychologicalgroup were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional group.The treat time was for1month.Psychological status of patients before and after nursing,the quality of life changesand the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients were compared.Results There were no significant differences in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment.There were different levels of anxiety and depression in the two groups before treatment.After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of I-QOL in the two groups were higher than those in the conventional group.The scores of SDS and SAS in the psychological group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the I-QOL score in the psychological group was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the conventional group was72.34%,lower than93.62%of psychological group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing is effective in adult female with SUI,which can effectively improve the patients’psychological anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
