摘 要:目的分析多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘临床护理观察。方法选取宝鸡市妇幼保健院2015年5月~2017年6月收治的100例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,随机分为2组各50例。对照组与实验组患者均进行多索茶碱治疗,250mL生理盐水+300mg多索茶碱。对照组进行常规护理措施,实验组给予相应的护理干预措施,关注患者的心理状态,积极与患者进行沟通和交流,做好健康教育工作,给予相应的康复训练和针对性用药指导。比较分析实验组与对照组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况等指标。结果治疗后,实验组患者的治疗有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组患者有效率72.0%(P<0.05)。对照组发生不良反应概率为20.0%,显著高于实验组发生率为6.0%(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的应用临床疗效理想,可显著改善患者临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To study the clinical observation of doxofylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods100cases of bronchial asthma patients treated in our hospital from May2015to June2017were selected as study subjects.Patients in control group and experimental group were treated with doxofylline,250mL normal saline and300mg doxofylline.The control group were given routine nursing interventions,and the experimental group was given the appropriate nursing interventions,attention to the patient’s psychological state,actively communicate with patients and exchange,do a good job of health education,give appropriate rehabilitation training and targeted medication guidance.Comparative analysis of experimental group and control group of patients with clinical efficacy and adverse reactions and other indicators.Results After the corresponding treatment,the effective rate ofexperimental groupwas92.0%,which was significantly higher than72.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Available,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was20.0%,significantly higher than6.0%of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in the treatment of bronchial asthma with doxofylline clinical application of effective,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
