银离子敷料在Ⅲ期压疮治疗及护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨III期压疮患者接受银离子敷料的临床应用效果。方法选取温州医科大学附属第二医院于2015年12月～2017年4月期间收治的94例III期压疮患者，分为对照组（n=47）和研究组（n=47），对照组在常规护理基础上加用普通敷料，研究组在常规护理基础上加用银离子敷料。记录2组III期压疮患者临床疗效，将所得数据输入SPSS软件后给予相应分析并得出结论。结果研究组III期压疮患者临床总有效率高达91.49%，对照组III期压疮患者临床总有效率仅为74.47%，数据对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在III期压疮治疗及护理过程中应用银离子敷料可显著提高患者临床疗效，对保障其预后及生活质量具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application effects of silver ion dressing in patients with stage III bedsore.Methods94patients with stage III bedsore from December2015to April2017were divided into the control group(n=47)and the study group(n=47),the control group was given conventional dressing on the basis of routine nursing,and the study group was treated with silver ion dressing on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients with III stage pressure sore was recorded,and the data were input into SPSS software to give corresponding analysis and draw conclusions.Results The total effective rate of the patients with stage III pressure sores in the study group was91.49%,and the total effective rate of the control group III stage bedsore patients was only74.47%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of silver ion dressing in the treatment and nursing process of III stage bedsore could significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and has important value for ensuring the prognosis and the quality of life.
