弹力长筒袜护理干预联合低分子肝素对高危普外科患者术后深静脉血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的分析弹力长筒袜护理干预联合低分子肝素对高危普外科患者术后深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法选取浙江省常山县人民医院2016年2月～2017年6月收治的98例高危普外科患者为研究对象。对照组进行低分子肝素治疗；实验组患者给予弹力长筒袜联合低分子肝素治疗，并给予相应的护理干预，密切关注患者心理变化，积极与患者进行交流，做好健康教育工作，引导患者进行早期功能锻炼。比较分析实验组与对照组患者的护理满意度、术后深静脉血栓形成情况等临床指标。结果治疗后，对照组与实验组患者的护理满意度分别79.59%与95.91%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组中，7例患者形成术后深静脉血栓；实验组中1例患者术后深静脉血栓。实验组术后深静脉血栓形成率为2.04%，显著低于实验组发生率为14.29%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论弹力长筒袜护理干预联合低分子肝素可降低高危普外科患者术后深静脉血栓形成率，提高患者满意度，帮助患者尽快恢复健康。Objective To study the effect of elastic stockings nursing intervention combined with low molecular heparin on postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients with high risk department of general surgery.Methods98cases of high-risk Department of general surgery patients in our hospital were selected as the research object.The control group were low molecular weight heparin,The experimental group were elastic stockings with low molecular weight heparin.The experimental group was given corresponding nursing intervention,pay close attention to patients’psychological changes,and actively communicate with patients,health education,guide the patients for early functional exercise.Comparative analysis of the experimental group and the control group of patients with nursing satisfaction,postoperative deep venous thrombosis and other clinical indicators.Results After treatment,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group and the control group was79.59%and95.91%respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).In the control group,seven patients developed deep venous thrombosis postoperatively.In the experimental group,deep venous thrombosis occurred in one patients.The rate of deep vein thrombosis in the experimental group was2.04%,significantly lower than that in the experimental group(14.29%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion To reduce the risk of department of general surgery patients with postoperative deep venous thrombosis rate of elastic stockings nursing intervention combined with low molecular weight heparin,improve the satisfaction of patients,help patients recover as soon as possible.
