产程陪伴联合心理护理在催产素引产中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨产程陪伴联合心理护理在催产素引产中的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月～2017年6月收治的催产素引产者60例为研究对象，以入院顺序将其均分为2组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用产程陪伴+心理护理；详细整理患者各项临床数据，并对所获数据作回顾性分析。结果干预后观察组引产时间短、出血量少、引产成功率高、HAMA及HAMD评分低、GQOLI-74评分高、护理满意度高，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对催产素引产者施以产程陪伴以及心理护理，可充分降低其HAMA、HAMD评分，稳定其心理状态，缩短引产时间，减少出血量，可确保引产成功，使其生活质量得以改善，获得极佳的护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of birth process accompany and psychological nursing in oxytocin induced labor.Methods60cases of oxytocin induction labor from January2016to June2017were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with30cases in each groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with birth process accompany and psychological nursing.Detailed arrangement of the patient’s clinical data,and the obtained data were retrospectively analyzed.Results After the intervention,the observation group,the labor time was short,the bleeding volume was low,the success rate of induction and labor was high,the score of HAMA and HAMD was low,the GQOLI-74score was high,the nursing satisfaction was high,compared with the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For oxytocin induction labor to accompany labor and psychological care and psychological care,can reduce the HAMA score,HAMD score,stable mental state,shorten the delivery time,and reduce the amount of bleeding,can ensure the successful production of the lead.The quality of life was improved and excellent nursing satisfaction was achieved.
