无创监护性护理应用于甘露醇治疗急性脑出血后迟发性脑水肿患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析无创监护性护理方案对急性脑出血合并脑水肿患者的护理效果。方法选取浙江省台州市立医院2017年1月～2017年8月收治的急性脑出血合并脑水肿患者70例，随机均分为对照组（n=35）和观察组（n=35）。2组患者采取相同的治疗方案，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施无创监护性护理，比较2组患者对护理方案的满意程度，护理前后生活质量评分和神经功能缺损评分。结果观察组总满意率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。2组患者的生活质量评分和神经功能缺损评分明显优于护理前，但观察组的改善幅度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论无创监护性护理应用效果显著，有效促进患者病情的恢复，改善患者的神经功能和生活质量，能够显著提高患者的满意程度。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of noninvasive nursing care program on patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage complicated with cerebral edema.Methods70cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage complicated with cerebral edema were selected from January2017to August2017in our hospital,they were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).Two group stook the same treatment,the control group received the routine nursing,the observation group received noninvasive nursing care.The satisfaction degree of nursing plan,quality of life score and neurological deficit score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The overall satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score and neurological deficit score were significantly better than that of the two groups of patients with nursing before,but the observation group improved more significantly than that of control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of noninvasive nursing care is remarkable,which can effectively promote the patient recover,improving the neurological function and the quality of life of patients,and can significantly improve the patient’s satisfaction.
