小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探究对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿应用小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗方式实施救治的临床疗效。方法选取淳安县妇幼保健院2016年5月～2017年7月接收诊治的小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿200例，随机分为对照组及观察组，对照组给予利巴韦林颗粒、开喉剑喷雾剂，观察组应用小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗方式。比较2组患儿临床治疗有效率、患儿退热所需时间、疱疹愈合时间、流涎终止时间、血常规再次呈现正常状态时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组在患儿退热所需时间、疱疹愈合时间、流涎终止时间、血常规再次呈现正常状态时间等方面均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组不良反应情形的发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿应用小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗方式实施救治，临床效果显著，对患儿临床治疗有效率的提升具有积极作用，同时有助于缩短患儿退热时间及疱疹愈合时间，且治疗过程中安全性较佳，不良反应情形发生的可能性较低。Objective To explore the clinical effect of pediatric Chiqiao Qingre granule treatment in children with herpes angina.Methods200cases of pediatric herpes simplex angina received in our hospital from May2016to July2017were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given ribavirin granules and laryngeal sword spray.The observation group was treated with pediatric Chiqiao Qingre granule.The clinical treatment efficiency,antifebrile time,herpes healing time,end time,blood salivation appears again in normal state,the incidence rate of adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results Meta analysis showed that the clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the time required for fever reduction,the healing time of herpes,the termination of drooling,and the blood routine again showed the normal state time(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of treatment methods in the treatment of children with herpangina with children chiqiaoqingre granule,clinical effect is remarkable,has a positive effect on efficiency of clinical treatment,but also help to shorten the cooling time and healing time of children with herpes,and the course of treatment in safety is better,the possibility of adverse reactions occurred in the lower case.
