延伸护理干预对糖尿病患者居家胰岛素注射的效果探析

摘　　要：目的分析延伸护理干预对糖尿病患者居家胰岛素注射效果的影响。方法选取2016年3月～2017年3月，到陕西省西安济仁医院进行治疗的210例糖尿病患者。将患者随机分为观察组（n=105）和对照组（n=105）。对照组不进行随访等延伸护理，观察组采取延伸护理干预，对比2组患者的胰岛素注射技术、注射问题发生率、血糖控制指标。结果出院6个月后，观察组的胰岛素注射技术评分（28.26±1.12）分，明显高于对照组（18.67±3.34）分（P＜0.05）；观察组胰岛素注射问题发生率以及FPG、2hPG、HbA1c等血糖指标明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对糖尿病患者进行延伸护理干预，能够提高居家胰岛素注射水平，提升血糖控制效果。Objective To analyze the effect of extended nursing intervention on home insulin injection in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods From March2016to March2017,210patients with diabetes were treated in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=105)and the control group(n=105).The control group was not followed up and extended care,the observation group was given extended nursing intervention,compared the two groups of patients with insulin injection technology,injection problems,glycemic control indicators.Results Sixmonths after discharge,the observation group of insulin injection technique score was(28.26±1.12),significantly higher than(18.67±3.34)of the control group(P<0.05).Observation group of insulin injection and the incidence of FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,blood glucose index was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing intervention for diabetic patients can improve the level of insulin injection at home and improve the effect of blood glucose control.
