优质护理内涵多视角立体护理模式对胸外手术性左旋布比卡因镇痛患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理内涵多视角立体护理模式对胸外手术性左旋布比卡因镇痛患者的应用效果。方法选取同济大学附属上海市肺科医院接受胸外手术治疗的98例患者，分为观察组和治疗组2组，2组患者均采用左旋布比卡因镇痛，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予优质护理内涵多视角立体护理。比较2组患者护理满意度、视觉模拟评分（VAS）、术后镇痛效果以及并发症发生率。结果观察组护理服务效果、服务解释指导、服务项目、服务流程各项满意度评分、护理舒适度评分高于对照组，VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为6.12%，低于对照组的30.61%（P＜0.05）。结论胸外手术性左旋布比卡因镇痛患者应用优质护理内涵多视角立体护理模式的效果显著，能够降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing connotation,multi perspective and three-dimensional nursing mode and its influence on complications in patients undergoing thoracic surgery with levobupivacaine.Methods98cases of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University were treated with external thoracic surgery,which were divided into two groups:the observation group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with bupivacaine analgesia,the control group received conventional nursing.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups,the visual analogue score(VAS),the postoperative analgesic effect and the incidence of complications were compared.Results The observation group services,service,service items,service guide to explain the process of nursing satisfaction score,comfort score higher than the control group,VAS score lower than the control group,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was6.12%,lower than30.61%in the control group,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing connotation and multi perspective three-dimensional nursing mode can significantly reduce the incidence of complications.
