摘　　要：目的探讨经中心静脉导管给药治疗重症低钾血症的护理效果。方法选取2015年9月～2017年9月期间至济宁市第一人民医院接受治疗的重症低钾血症患者80例，运用随机法将入选患者分成2组，每组40例。常规组给予临床常规护理，研究组则使用优质护理干预，观察2种护理方法，并对比2组患者取得的临床疗效结果。结果研究组并发症的发生率2.5%，显著低于常规组患者的15.0%（P＜0.05）。研究组取得的护理满意度显著高于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论经中心静脉导管给药治疗重症低钾血症的同时给予患者临床优质护理措施干预，可有效降低患者的并发症发生率，同时提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of percutaneous central venous catheter in treatment of severe hypokalemia.Methods80patients with severe hypokalemia from September2015to September2017were divided into two groups by using the stochastic method,40cases for each group.The conventional group was received routine nursing,the study group was given high-quality nursing intervention,nursing methods of two groups were observed,and clinical results between the two groups were compared.Results The complication incidence rate of the study group was2.5%,significantly lower than that15.0%(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of severe hypokalemia,the central venous catheter combined with the high quality nursing intervention,could effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
