左右肘静脉注射造影剂行颈部CT血管造影的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析左右肘静脉注射造影剂行颈部CT血管造影效果。方法选取德清县人民医院2015年2月～2017年6月收治的250例进行颈部CT血管造影检查患者为研究对象，分析临床资料，记录患者右肘静脉注射造影剂与左肘静脉注射造影剂的不同，扫描范围为患者颅底鞍区到主动脉弓，进行对比分析，记录2组患者颈部CT血管造影成像结果。进行检查前，可与患者进行交流，告知患者相关注意点，提高患者认知水平，消除不安紧张等负面情绪。结果左侧肘静脉中，1例患者图像成像结果为优秀，1例图像成像结果为良好，48例图像结构评价为差。右侧肘静脉中，160例患者图像成像结果为优秀，30例图像成像结果为良好，10例图像结构评价为差。右侧肘静脉组图像成像结果优良率为95.0%，高于左侧肘静脉优良率4.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论右肘静脉注射造影剂行颈部CT血管造影效果优于左肘静脉注射造影剂，成功率较高，可显著提高血管成像质量。Objective To study the effect of left and right elbow vein contrast agents on CT angiography of neck.Methods250cases of neck CT angiography patients were selectedas the research object,analysis of the clinical data,records of patients with different elbow intravenous contrast agent and left elbow intravenous injection of contrast medium,scan range of patients with skull base sellar region to the aortic arch,were compared and analyzed,records of two patients of neck CT angiography results.Before the examination,we can communicate with patients,inform the related attention points,improve the cognitive level of patients,and eliminate the negative emotions such as anxiety and nervousness.Results In the left elbow vein,the image of1patients was excellent,1images were good,and the image structure of48cases was poor.In the right cubital vein,the image of160patients was excellent,30images were good,and10cases were poor in image structure.The excellent and good rate of the right elbow vein imaging was95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the left elbow vein(4.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elbow intravenous contrast agent for neck CT angiography was significantly better than the left elbow intravenous contrast agent,high success rate,can significantly improve the imaging quality,has clinical significance.
