天津地区支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎和特应性皮炎的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的了解天津地区支气管哮喘患者合并变应性鼻炎和特应性皮炎的发生情况和特点。方法选取2011年6月～2012年5月在天津市哮喘联盟16家医院门诊或住院确诊的支气管哮喘患者共计818人，采用自编问卷由专业医师对门诊及住院的支气管哮喘患者进行调查。结果支气管哮喘患者变应性鼻炎症状的发生率儿童为75.4%，成人为57.1%（P＜0.01）；支气管哮喘患者特应性皮炎的发生率儿童为21.2%，成人为8.4%（P＜0.01）。结论成人支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎患者病情更重、哮喘控制更差，而变应性鼻炎的治疗率却较低，支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎者及特应性皮炎的发生率更高。Objective To investigate the incidence and characteristics of allergic rhinitis and atopic dermatitis in patients with bronchial asthma in Tianjin.Methods818patients from June2011to May2012were selected as subject.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the outpatients and inpatients with bronchial asthma.Results The incidence of allergic rhinitis was75.4%in children and57.1%in adults(P<0.01).The incidence of atopic dermatitis in children with asthma was21.2%,and that in adults was8.4%(P<0.01).Children with allergic rhinitis have more symptoms and more symptoms than adults(P<0.01).Conclusion Patients with bronchial asthma combined with allergic rhinitis were worse and worse asthma control,and treatment of allergic rhinitis was lower,bronchial asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis and atopic dermatitis incidence is higher.
