摘　　要：新项目研发是企业可持续发展的必须途径,但研发活动投入大、期限长、风险高,因此,实施科学有效的研发项目管理十分重要。门径管理流程为企业提供了标准化、系统化的项目管理方法。北京低碳清洁能源研究所运用门径管理法,建立了研发项目管理模式,为项目研发的管理提供了科学有效的监督管理决策依据,减少了人、财、物等资源的浪费,降低了研发风险损失。The new project research and development is a necessary way to the sustainable development of enterprises,but large investment,long period,and high risks of R&D makes it is essential to implement scientific and effective project management.The stage-gate management process provides standard and systematic methods for enterprises.Beijing Low Carbon Clean Energy Research Institute establishes R&D project management mode by using the stage-gate management method and provide a scientific and effective basis for supervision and management in project management,which reduces waste of human,money,material resources,and also the losses of R&D risks.
