摘 要:针对红柳煤矿I06采区2煤回风巷断面大、坡度大、顶板破碎围岩呈极不稳定性、隔水层薄等特点,采用理论分析、现场观测、实践应用进行了研究。根据现场地质条件对掘进影响范围的分析,结合原施工工艺及方案,对顶板破碎段提出了改变掘进工序、出渣方式及优化支护参数等措施控制顶帮围岩变形、下沉。实践证明:该方案的围岩控制效果良好,确保了巷道的成型和安全掘进,为红柳煤矿今后复合型顶板条件下大断面、倾斜巷道安全顺利掘进提供了可靠的技术保障。In view of the characteristics of large section,large slope,unstable roof broken surrounding rock,thin aquiclude of2coal return airway in I06mining area of Hongliu Coal Mine,and the study is made by using theoretical analysis,field observation and practical application.According to the analysis of the field geological conditions on the influence of driving range,combined with the original construction technology and scheme of broken roof section is put forward by changing the driving procedures,deslagging measures and supporting parameters to control deformation and subsidence.The practice proves that the control effect of surrounding rock of is good,which not only ensures the forming and safe tunneling,but also provides technologic guarantee for the future work of Hongliugou coal mine.
