江苏里下河地区种田大户经营现状与思考

摘　　要：为了深入了解目前种田大户经营现实情况,通过问卷走访调研,信息采集整理分析,调查了种田大户基本情况、作物品种和耕作技术、经济实力和机械设备、生产效益,分析认为大户经营存在基础设施不完善、灾害风险较大、市场行情不稳定、人力资源短缺和规模效益偏低等情况,并提出加强可持续的农田基础建设、增加农业保险品种和实际理赔额度、农业补贴向种田人倾斜和做好新型农业综合服务工作等措施。In order to thoroughly know the present management situation of rice wheat rotation farmers,through the questionnaire investigation,information collection and analysis,investigated the basic situation of large farm households,crop varieties and tillage techniques,economic strength,machinery and equipment,and production benefits.The analysis showed that there were problems such as imperfect infrastructure,high disaster risk,unstable market,shortage of human resources and low efficiency of scale.It put forward measures to strengthen sustainable farmland construction,increase agricultural insurance varieties and actual amount of compensation,providing comprehensive service work for the new agriculture.
