摘  要:介绍了一种新型的天线加工工艺——印刷直接成型结构(PDS)工艺技术,即将导电银浆涂敷到工件表面,然后通过多层印刷银浆,以形成导电立体电路。根据这种加工工艺,设计了一种新型的多频段手机天线,并制作实物。该天线尺寸仅占31 mm×4 mm×1.5 mm,能够覆盖手机通信的频段有GPS、Wi Fi、Bluetooth。测试结果表明,在工作频段内,该天线的电压驻波比小于等于3:1,S11≤-6 d B,可应用于当下的手机天线设计。A new type of antenna processing technology,that is,PDS(Printed Direct-forming Structure)processing technology is presented.The conductive silver paste is applied to the surface of the workpiece,and then the multilayer printed silver paste is used to form a conductive three-dimensional circuit.Base on this process,a new multi-band mobile-phone antenna is designed and implemented.The antenna is only31 mm×4mm×1.5mm in size,and could cover the mobile-phone bands including GPS,Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.The test results indicate that the antenna in the working band is less than or equal to3:1,S11≤-6dB;for the voltage standing wave ratio,and thus could be applied to the design of current mobile-phone antenna.
