摘  要:通播话音广泛应用到专有网络的指挥调度通信,提供一对多的广播通话。超短波电台具备通信质量高、传输距离远、抗噪性能好的特点,逐步应用到了各类专用网络。超短波电台支持同时传输IP数据和勤务话音,但无法通过IP数据或者勤务话音独立传输通播话音。因此,采用超短波电台做传输链路,在专有网络实现通播话音的权限申请、报文转发和电台传输等方面,提出了一套完整的设计和解决方案。Broadcast voice,widely used in command and control communication of private networks,could provide one-to-many radio calls.For its superiorities of high communication quality,long transmission distance and good anti-noise performance,VHF radio is gradually applied to all kinds of private network.Ultra-shortwave radio supports simultaneous transmission of IP data and service voice,but could not transmit multicast voice independently through IP data or service voice.For this reason,it is usually used as the transmission link,so as to realize the permission application,message forwarding and radio transmission of the broadcast voice in the proprietary network.And a complete set of designs and solutions are presented in this paper.
