摘 要:岛叶参与的网络复杂,与额、顶、颞叶、边缘系统及基底节均有纤维联系,涉及多种功能,本文主要通过国内外影像后处理技术和颅内置入电极后的皮层电刺激方法得出的数据分析,全面阐述岛叶皮层的功能及其分布特点,并对未来的研究趋势进行展望。The insular cortex is involved in complex networks and has an abundance of connections with the frontal,parietal,and temporal lobes as well as the limbic system and the basal ganglia.This small lobe is implicated in an astonishingly large number of widely different functions.This paper mainly summarizes the functional mapping of the insular cortex based on data from neuroimaging studies and intracerebral electric stimulations in epilepsy patients,and discusses the future research trends.
