载银碳纳米管抗菌剂的制备及在PET纤维母粒中的应用

摘　　要：本文以多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)为载体,AgNO_3溶液为反应液,通过离子交换法制备了载银碳纳米管抗菌剂;然后以抗菌剂为填料,制备了PET功能性母粒。结果表明:经硝酸氧化处理后,MWNTs的晶体结构遭到一定程度的破坏,并在其表面引入了—COOH等基团;MWNTs吸附银离子后,其结构未发生改变;Ag/MWNTs抗菌剂具有良好的缓释性能和抗菌性能,Ag/MWNTs在与PET中呈单分散状态,与PET界面具有良好的物理相容性,所制备的Ag/MWNTs/PET抗菌母粒具有良好的抗菌性能。Silver-loading carbon nanotubes antimicrobial agent can be prepared in the process of ion exchange,with multi-walled nanotubes(MWNTs)as the carrier and AgNO3solution the reaction solution.Then antibacterial masterbatch for PET fiber was prepared by using the antibacterial agent as filler.The results show that the crystal structure of MWNTs is destroyed to some extent after the oxidation of nitric acid,and perssads such as-COOH are introduced to the surface of MWNTs;the structure of MWNTs does not change after adsorbing silver ion;and the Ag/MWNTs antibacterial agent has good slow-release properties and antibacterial properties.The Ag/MWNTs in the PET remain a monodisperse state,and they have good physical compatibility with PET interface.The Ag/MWNTs/PET antibacterial functional masterbatch has good antibacterial properties.
