摘  要:为了制备一种储热调温性能优良的相变微胶囊复合织物,探讨了不同黏合剂对制备复合织物的影响。首先采用原位聚合法制备了以正十八烷为囊芯、外层包覆尿素改性的蜜胺树脂的相变微胶囊,利用SEM表征微胶囊的表观形貌和粒径分布;然后分别以水性聚氨酯和聚丙烯酸酯作为黏合剂,通过干法涂层的方式将微胶囊整理到纯棉织物上,并对其进行形貌、储热性能、升降温动力学性能和耐洗性能的测试与分析。研究结果表明:在温度骤变的过程中,两种复合织物的升降温速率有不同程度的减缓;经聚丙烯酸酯整理的织物表面更加致密、光滑,熔融相变焓达到30.57 J/g,调温时间延长了70%,具有较好服用性能。In order to prepare a composite microfilm composite fabric with excellent heat preservation and thermoregulation performance,the effect of different adhesives on the preparation of composite fabric was discussed.Firstly,situ polymerization was used to prepare phase change microcapsules.The morphological and particle size distribution of microcapsules were characterized by SEM using phase change microcapsules with urea-modified melamine resin.The microcapsules were sieved onto the cotton fabric by dry coating with waterborne polyurethane and polyacrylate as the binder,and the morphology,heat storage performance,temperature rising and falling dynamics and washing durability were tested and analyzed.The results show that the temperature rising and falling rate of the two kinds of composite fabrics slowed down in the process of sudden change of temperature;the surface of the fabric was denser and smoother,with the enthalpy of melting up to30.57J/g,the thermoregulation time prolonged by70%,and better wearing performance.
