子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗在基层医院妇产科出血性疾病中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探析子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗在基层医院妇产科出血性疾病中的临床应用。方法:选择58例妇产科出血性疾病患者均给予子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗,对其栓塞结果、临床疗效以及不良反应情况进行观察分析。结果:临床有效率为96.6%,其中痊愈46例、有效10例、无效2例。术后子宫造影显示子宫动脉末梢及中远段均消失;治疗后患者的血压、心率、血红蛋白等指标均明显优于栓塞前(P<0.05);术后有18例患者出现不同程度的发热、腰部或盆腔疼痛、恶心、呕吐等不良反应(发生率31.0%),均经对症处理后缓解,无严重并发症出现。结论:这种疗法的止血效果显著,对患者造成的损伤较轻,易于操作,是基层医院治疗妇产科出血性疾病的良好选择。Objective:To explore the application of interventional uterine artery embolization in hemorrhagic disorders at obstetrics and gynecology of primary hospital.Methods:Fifty-eight cases with hemorrhagic disorders were selected and underwent interventional uterine artery embolization,and the effects and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:The clinical effective rate was96.6%,in which there were46cases cured,10cases effect and2cases failed.Postoperative uterine angiography showed that peripheral and mid-distal of uterine artery were all disappeared.The indexes such as blood pressure,heart rate,hemoglobin were better after treatment than before(P<0.05).There were some adverse reactions occurred in18cases including different degree of fever,flank or pelvic pain,nausea and emesis,which were all relieved by symptomatic treatment,and furthermore there were no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:This therapy possesses significant effects for hemorrhagic disorders with less injure and can be easily to be operated and is a good choice for the treatment of hemorrhagic disorders at primary hospitals.
