摘  要:该文以皖南烟区主栽品种云烟97为试材,研究了上、中2个部位3个不同采收成熟度对烤后烟外观质量、等级结构、化学成分和评吸质量的影响。结果表明:随着采收成熟度的提高,烤后烟青筋烟减少,颜色趋淡但光泽更趋鲜亮,叶片厚度由厚趋薄,结构也由僵硬逐渐趋于疏松,橘黄烟和上等烟比例逐步提高,微带青烟比例逐渐减少,均价逐步增加,烟碱有逐步增加的趋势,烟叶的钾含量呈现下降趋势,两糖比更趋协调。适当提高成熟度(CM2),烟叶香甜韵明显,浓香型风格显现,透发感好。以中部叶80%黄左右,栽后110~115d左右采收,上部叶95%~100%成黄采收,栽后130d左右采收最为理想。By using Yunyan97,main cultivar planted in the south of Anhui,as test materials to research the effects of three different harvest maturities on the roast tobacco appearance quality and chemical components and grade structure and smoking quality of baked tobacco.Results showed that with the improvement of recovery maturity,after baking the veins stood out smoke less smoke,more bright color faded but burnish,blade thickness by thick thin,also by the stiffness tends gradually loose structure,orange smoke and the proportion of superior tobacco gradually increase,microstrip smoke ratio gradually reduced,the average price increase,nicotine has a tendency to gradually increase,the potassium content of tobacco leaves showed a trend of decline,two sugar than more harmonious.Increasing maturity(CM2),tobacco rhyme clear,sweet style of luzhou-flavor,sending feeling good.Comprehensive analysis of the middle leaves around8into yellow,planted about110~115days after the harvest,the upper blade9~10yellow harvest,the ideal planted130days after harvest.
