摘 要:本文对东门林场229个粗皮桉第二代育种群体子代测定林进行生长调查和数据分析,结果表明:不同家系在树高、胸径和材积上差异极显著,对生长性状的遗传变异进行评价,以家系材积育种值为选择指标,且总的遗传增益不低于10%为设定值,采用家系/家系内选择方法,选出优良家系65个,优良基因型个体195个,从而为粗皮桉第二代育种群体去劣疏伐提供依据,并为建立粗皮桉第三代育种群体等研究工作提供参考。Growth assessment of229Eucalyptus pellita families planted at Dongmen Forest Farm was carried out to evaluate genetic variation within a second generation breeding population of this species.Significant differences were found among families for tree height,diameter at breast height,and tree volume.Based on breeding values among families,which were calculated though Best Linear Prediction,65superior families and195superior individuals were selected.These results could be used for further research such as thinning of the2nd generation population and building a succeeding3rd generation breeding population.
