浅议企业民兵工作面临的挑战与机遇

摘　　要：安定的生活环境的构建,对我国社会、经济的进步、增长起到了极大的促进作用,由此使广大企业得到了长远的发展。企业民兵工作的开展,是确保其正常运营并且获得更多经济效益的关键保障。利用民兵工作所具备的特有纪律性及严谨性特点,将存在于企业发展运营过程中的不稳定因素、存在的问题和不足通通排除,并以科学的对策加以处理,所以企业民兵工作显然面临着巨大的挑战和机遇。论文通过阐述企业民兵工作的优势与价值,明确了新时期下企业民兵工作的发展方向。此次研究以探究企业民兵工作所面临的挑战与机遇为目的,从而确保我国企业可以安全、稳定的不断前进。The construction of stable living environment has played a great role in promoting the progress and growth of our society and economy,sothat the enterpriseshavebeendevelopingfor a longterm.The development of themilitiawork in the enterprise is the keyguarantee to ensure its normal operation and gain more economic benefits.By using the characteristics of discipline and rigour of the militia work,we caneliminate all the unstable factors,problems and shortcomings that exist in the development and operation of the militia,and take the scientific countermeasures to dealwith,so the enterprisemilitiawork clearly faces enormous challenges and opportunities.Through the elaboration of the advantages and values of thework of themilitias in enterprises,the papermakes clear the direction of the development of themilitiawork in the newperiod.This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by thework of themilitias in the enterprise,so as to ensure that the enterprises inChina can continue to advance safelyandsteadily.
