摘　　要：传统计算机管理模式存在数据传输量小、耗费时间长、速度不均匀等问题,无法满足网络安全运行计算机管理模式的要求,为此,对基于ITIL的网络安全运行计算机管理模式进行了设计。采用基于ITIL的管理思想对安全运营管理规范进行研究,使用信息处理技术建立ITIL设施库,并结合安全服务特点,设计了网络安全运行计算机管理模式框架,并对软件部分的管理界面与安全接口进行了设计。Traditional computer management mode has problems such as small data transmission,long consuming time and uneven speed,which can not meet the requirements of network security operation of computer management mode.Therefore,this paper designs the computer management mode of network security operation based on ITIL.It studies the safety operation management specification using management thoughts based on ITIL,uses information processing technology to build ITIL facility Library,designs a framework of safe operation of computer network management mode,security and management interfaces of the software part,combining with the characteristics of security services.
