摘  要:运用文献资料法对比分析高强度间歇训练法(High-intensity Interval Training)和中、低强度持续训练方法对肥胖人群减肥效果的实践与理论研究。科学运动训练方法已经广泛地应用在竞技体育之中,同时经过长期的演变与发展也逐渐运用于大众健身领域,而对科学运动训练方法的不断实践及探索和科学理论的基础性研究也能够推动竞技运动和全民健身整体水平的持续发展。因此,必须正确地认识和掌握科学运动训练方法的功能和特性,这样才能够促进运动训练在不同阶段和不同时期顺利的完成训练任务并且能帮助肥胖人群达到预期的减肥效果。Research purposes:by applying the method of literature material contrast analysis of High intensity intermittent Training method(High-intensity Interval Training)and middle and low strength of continuous Training method for obese people to lose weight the effect of the practice and theory research.Scientific sports training method has been widely used in competitive sports,at the same time after a long period of evolution and development are gradually used mass fitness areas,and constantly to the method of scientific sports t raining practice and exploration and the fundamental research of scientific theory also an promote t he sustainable development of competitive sports and the overall level of the national fitness.,therefore,must correctly understand and master the functions and features of scientific sports training methods,it can promote the sports training in different stages and in different periods can smoothly complete the training task and help obese people achieve the desired result reducing weight.
