摘 要:目的:建立生物组织胶水用于血管吻合口漏血封堵的动物模型,并探讨该吻合方法与传统全缝线吻合方法在血管吻合方面的对比优势。方法:利用SD大鼠腹主动脉制作血管吻合模型,记录两种吻合方法的吻合时间及通畅率;术后6周取吻合口周围血管做HE染色,观察吻合口周围的炎性反应。结果:新型吻合方法比传统全缝线吻合法所需时间更短(P<0.05),两种吻合方法通畅率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),新型吻合方法吻合口周围炎性细胞数量明显少于传统吻合法(P<0.05)。结论:生物组织胶水能有效运用于血管吻合口漏血的封堵,且减少了缝针数量,比传统缝合法简便、快捷,能够有效减少吻合口周围炎性反应,且拥有与传统吻合法相近的通畅率,是一种安全、可靠的血管吻合方法。Objective:the animal model of biological tissue glue applied to plugging of leakage of vascular anastomosis was established,and the advantages of this method in the vascular anastomosis were compared with that of the traditional method of anastomosis with suture line.Methods:We made a vascular anastomosis model using SD rat abdominal aorta,the anastomosis time and patency rate of two kinds of anastomosis methods were recorded.After6weeks,we took the anastomotic vessels for HE staining,and observed the inflammatory reaction around the anastomotic stoma.Results:Compared with traditional method of anastomosis with suture line,the time of the new anastomosis method was shorter(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in patency rate between the two anastomosis methods(P>0.05).The number of inflammatory cells around the anastomosis in the new anastomosis method was significantly less than that of the conventional anastomosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biological tissue glue can be effectively used in vascular anastomotic leakage blood plugging,and it can reduce the number of stitches.It was simpler and faster than the traditional suture method.It can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction around the anastomosis,and had the similar patency rate as the traditional kissing method,and it was a safe and reliable method of vascular anastomosis.
