3C胰岛素泵对脆性糖尿病患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨3C胰岛素泵对脆性糖尿病患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:收治脆性糖尿病患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用双C胰岛素泵(美敦力712胰岛素泵)治疗,观察组采用3C胰岛素泵(美敦力722胰岛素泵)治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者血糖达标时间、血糖达标时胰岛素用量、HbA^(1c)达标时间、MAGE、低血糖发生情况较治疗前均明显好转(P<0.05),且观察组的各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SAS、SDS评分较治疗前明显下降,观察组评分下降幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论:3C胰岛素泵和双C胰岛素泵都可以有效降低脆性糖尿病患者的血糖水平,但3C胰岛素泵对血糖波动幅度及提高脆性糖尿病患者的生活质量效果更佳,所需要的胰岛素量更少,低血糖风险更低。Objective:To explore the effect of3C insulin pump on clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with brittle diabetes.Methods:60patients with brittle diabetes were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with double C insulin pump(Medtronic712insulin pump),and the observation group was treated with3C insulin pump(Medtronic722insulin pump).We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,blood glucose standard time,the amount of insulin when the blood glucose reaches the standard,HbA1c standard time,MAGE and hypoglycemia of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease of the score in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:3C insulin pump and double C insulin pump can effectively reduce the level of blood glucose in patients with brittle diabetes,but the effect of3C insulin pump on blood glucose fluctuation and improving the quality of life of patients with brittle diabetes was better,the amount of insulin needed was smaller,and the risk of hypoglycemia was lower.
