右美托咪定辅助重比重腰麻在髋关节置换术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨右美托咪定辅助重比重腰麻在髋关节置换手术中的应用方法及效果。方法:收治行髋关节置换术患者50例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组常规在重比重腰麻下实施髋关节置换术,试验组在右美托咪定辅助重比重腰麻下实施髋关节置换术。结果:自T1时段起,试验组患者的HR指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者T1时段的MAP明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在髋关节置换术中,采用右美托咪定辅助重比重腰麻,有效延长了麻醉持续时间,且镇痛效果良好。Objective:To investigate the application and effect of dexmedetomidine assisted gravity lumbar anesthesia in hip replacement surgery.Methods:50patients were treated with hip replacement surgery.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group with conventional hip replacement in the proportion of lumbar anesthesia.The experimental group with implement hip arthroplasty assisted hyperbaric spinal under dexmedetomidine.Results:Since the T1period,the HR index of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the MAP in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at T1(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the total hip replacement,dexmedetomidine assisted heavy weight spinal anesthesia can effectively prolong the duration of anesthesia,and the analgesic effect is good.
