摘　　要：目的:评价厄贝沙坦联合双氢克尿噻治疗原发性高血压的有效性及安全性。方法:收治原发性高血压患者29例,均接受厄贝沙坦联合双氢克尿噻治疗12周,观察其降压疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗8周时,该方案治疗的总有效率89.66%;治疗第12周时总有效率96.6%。结论:厄贝沙坦联合双氢克尿噻治疗原发性高血压,疗效确切,用药简单、方便,不良反应少。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of irbesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:29cases of hypertensive patients treated by irbesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide for12weeks,the antihypertensive efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results:After8weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was89.66%,and the total effective rate was96.6%at twelfth weeks.Conclusion:Irbesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of essential hypertension has exact curative effect,the medication is simple and convenient,with fewer adverse reactions.
